Celebrate University Health Vida’s Grand Opening
University Health Vida, the first completed facility at the burgeoning healthcare hub at VIDA, is now serving patients. The state-of-the-art facility provides primary care, women’s health, pediatrics, urgent care, diabetes care and xray/radiology/lab services.
Sunday, January 25 from 1–4 p.m. at 3611 Jaguar Parkway.

Homeowner Pool & Clubhouse Opening This Spring
Construction is nearing completion on VIDA’s pool and clubhouse, which is set to open this spring. Residents will soon be able to enjoy the walk-in edge pool and spacious clubhouse. Stay tuned for more updates, and grand opening schedule.
Duplexes Coming to VIDA
Housing options are on the rise at VIDA. The community’s first townhomes were completed last year—and in 2026 VIDA will welcome 125 rental duplex units along S. Zarzamora.
Aspire at VIDA Apartments
VIDA continues to add new ways to live in the fast-growing community, including announcing the construction of Aspire at VIDA, the community’s second apartment complex. Next Phase of Development On the Way
The next phase of development is set to begin this spring at VIDA. Phase 5 will bring almost 500 new single-family homes to the community and extend the Madla Greenway Trail by another mile—increasing connectivity and access to nature throughout VIDA.
