VIDA Welcomes First Residents
In this month’s VIDA Community Update, VIDA San Antonio welcomes its first homeowners! They found their forever home in our vibrant development that values CONEXIÒN and PASIÒN. We can’t wait to welcome more homeowners in the coming months.
Model homes by Perry and Highland Homes are now open daily from 10am-6pm, located at 10035 Mitra Way. Be sure to check out the VIDA Interactive Map to see what homes are available for purchase.
Community Trails
VIDA opened the first mile of trail in the Madla Greenway last fall, and work is now underway on additional trails connecting the Madla Greenway to the Texas A&M-San Antonio campus and the future University Health campus. Phase 2 trails are anticipated to be completed just in time for summer.
Ana Park
The community’s first park and playground will open this month. Ana Park features a playground, open lawn and shade pavilion for picnics and gatherings. It is the first of several parks that will be added to the VIDA San Antonio community.
Community Pool and Clubhouse
Design work for VIDA’s community pool and clubhouse is nearly complete, and construction is anticipated to begin mid-2023. The solar-powered clubhouse will feature a game room, basketball court, a walk-in edge pool and more for residents to enjoy.
Home Purchase Incentives
VIDA’s home builders are providing a variety of incentives to make home buying easier and more accessible – some up to $30,000 and/or offering a lower mortgage rate with their own financing companies. Teacher Incentives
As an appreciation for educators, VIDA homebuilders are welcoming teachers and staff from area ISDs, Texas A&M-San Antonio and Palo Alto College with additional incentives including waived HOA dues, immediate move-in opportunities, and discounts. Apartments at VIDA
That’s right, apartments are coming to VIDA! Los Arcos, VIDA’s first apartment complex, will begin construction this spring. The project will feature 340 apartments, a dedicated trail connection to the Madla Greenway, and its own community clubhouse and pool. Los Arcos will offer an opportunity for college students to call VIDA their home with easy access to the Texas A&M -San Antonio campus.
Aspire at VIDA, a second apartment neighborhood is also anticipated to begin construction in 2023.
